In her work, Erika is in fact involved in giving parenting support, supporting other women in the education of their children. When asked what it means to be a woman, Erika does not limit herself to one answer, quite the contrary, according to her vision the more answers we can give equals the more we can say we feel free and follow our dreams. ‘It is crucial that the past does not represent a limitation to imagine and perceive ourselves as women,’ she tells us. Education is for Erika a necessary means in the prevention of gender discrimination, which requires to be accompanied by mutual respect and the abolition of stereotypes.
